While demand in the used motorcycle market is growing steadily, fragmented information and a lack of standardized processes have led to inefficient matching between buyers and sellers. The client's core business includes vehicle financing solutions. They aimed to create a dedicated online trading platform to centralize vehicle sources and facilitate transactions. This platform not only matches buyers and sellers but also serves as a strategic channel to promote their own vehicle loan services and generate interest income.
