In 2023, with our entry into the Japanese market, our mission and vision have been slightly revised to 'assist clients in building global applications with Taiwan's craftsmanship spirit.' This accurately reflects our mission as we join the international arena, willing to dedicate our technology and experience to help our clients create stable, secure, efficient, and culturally relevant digital information application services.

TWJOIN Origin

The name combines Taiwan (TW) and Join (JOIN), actively seizing any possible collaboration opportunities to assist clients in various industries with their transformation. Currently, many well-known companies are among our clients, and we have also expanded into Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore.

Many view contracting companies unfavorably due to high competition, but over the past decades, Taiwan's excellence in hardware manufacturing has demonstrated its potential to dominate the global software outsourcing market in the future. With an abundant pool of IT talent and the island nation's characteristics, software outsourcing presents an opportunity for contracting companies to break through their challenges. Thus, TWJOIN was established in 2016.

Born as a programmer, Jack served as a senior software engineer and technical team leader before starting his own business. As the technical application development level increased, Jack also assisted customers in planning and documenting system requirements, and played the role of the soul of TWJOIN.

As a project manager, Rax has completed nearly hundreds of projects and has considerable project knowledge and management experience. Leads all project managers in our team to move forward together.

Programming major, an important axis of technical architecture and new technology learning and research within the team, with strong information attainments and enthusiasm, and is the external technical leader of TWJOIN.
