Project outsourcing upon outsourcing, it's unclear who is actually doing the work
We promise that the projects we undertake will not be outsourced again without the client's knowledge. The only reason we would need to outsource is for resources we do not have internally. Based on our commitment, we will be transparent and let our clients know about these external integrations, ensuring the process remains clear.
Disappearing halfway through, uncontactable, and slow to respond
We have taken over many clients whose original vendors disappeared mid-project, engineers resigned and could not continue, or simply stopped working due to low quotes. Even if contactable, their response is slow, taking one to two weeks just to start addressing issues. All TWJOIN projects have dedicated personnel, backed by business and project managers, so you don't have to worry about not finding someone.
Delays on delays, with no end in sight for going live
We promise to do our utmost to complete the project within the contractually agreed scope and timeline, avoiding indefinite delays that could affect the project's progress and business planning. Our goal is the same as the client's: to get the system online.
Reselling the same product elsewhere, code not bought out
We do not compete in our clients' businesses; we focus on B2B services, helping clients build their business models. We learn about the domain but are not interested in selling products or replicating them for sale. All code is assumed to be bought out, as our success depends on our clients' growth.
Uncooperative attitude when taking the project back in-house
Whether it's doing it yourself, getting a friend to do it, or finding someone else, we will fully cooperate as agreed in the contract. We won't have any strange attitudes or thoughts; we are just contractors. If we have taken on a project, we will fulfill our part well. As for the client's future plans, we will do our best to accommodate, but we will not be a stumbling block.
All newbies, no more experienced members
We have many young people, but they are not inexperienced. To join TWJOIN, even new members are exceptional. We have very high technical standards, and our technical managers are highly experienced and capable developers in the field. We rigorously ensure the quality and content of our output, so don't worry about our programs being like school projects.
