Concerns

For Japanese enterprises hesitant about offshore development

Many Japanese companies are interested in offshore development, but share these concerns.

Will requirements be understood?

Worried that spec changes and subtle nuances won't reach an offshore team correctly.

Quality is hard to monitor

Progress, testing, and bug handling are opaque, leaving anxiety about post-delivery operation.

Cultural and workflow mismatches

Different expectations on reporting, sign-off, and ownership inflate management costs.

Hard to justify internally

Difficult to explain the offshore choice to executives and other departments.

If even one applies to you, our model is worth considering.

Hybrid Model

Received in Japan, accelerated in Taiwan.

Japan–Taiwan Hybrid Development Model

TWJOIN's Japan-based sales and PMs run requirements, proposals, project management, and client communication; the Taiwan engineering team handles design, implementation, QA, and AI / cloud delivery. It is not pure offshoring — we combine Japanese business norms with Taiwan's engineering speed.

Why Taiwan?

Why a Taiwan engineering team?

Offshore options have diversified — India, Vietnam, the Philippines, and more. Among them, Taiwan offers the best balance of quality, proximity, cultural understanding, and speed for Japanese enterprises.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing DX

Challenge
Field operations, reports, and equipment data are scattered, so managers can't see real-time status.
Solution
Built a Web management platform with data integration, role-based access, and reporting dashboards — designed to extend to AI analytics and equipment data later.
Tech
Web System / Dashboard / API Integration / Cloud
Outcome
Field data made visible, management work streamlined, faster decisions.
Service

Reservation & member system (service industry)

Challenge
Reservations were managed by phone, paper, and Excel — making it hard to retain customers or drive return visits.
Solution
Built an integrated Web system covering reservations, membership, notifications, and admin console.
Tech
Reservation System / CRM / Web App / Notification
Outcome
Reservations streamlined, customer data accumulated, marketing foundation established.
AI

AI internal knowledge search

Challenge
Internal regulations, FAQs, manuals, and historical materials were scattered — staff spent significant time searching.
Solution
Built a knowledge search system combining generative AI with internal document retrieval, with role-based access, source tracking, and answer-with-evidence design.
Tech
AI / RAG / Internal Search / Permission Control
Outcome
Internal inquiries reduced, search time shortened, knowledge utilization increased.
Global

Cross-border App development

Challenge
An app serving multiple markets required design, UI, API, and operations to be coordinated across countries.
Solution
Worked with overseas design teams alongside Japan and Taiwan engineering teams on App development, API integration, and operations.
Tech
iOS / Android / API / Cross-border Development
Outcome
Established a cross-border development model and a foundation for long-term operation.

Internal project management platform

Atago Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd.

Atago is a DAIKIN-certified HVAC specialist offering an end-to-end service from sales to maintenance for commercial air conditioning, freezing, and refrigeration equipment. Their existing flow from order intake to project completion ran on paper, Excel, and verbal handoffs — managed individually by each owner. Information was scattered and heavily dependent on personal experience, blocking standardization. We built a custom platform to make the workflow visible and standardized.

01
Project management

A hub combining Kanban, Gantt, and a flow Canvas. Sub-cards by status, owner and date assignment, and a Figma FigJam-style Canvas where teams can draft per-project workflows together — replacing the previous reliance on verbal handoffs.

02
Template management

For repetitive project types, the task structure, owner roles, and timeline can be packaged as a template. Creating a new project becomes a one-click instantiation, eliminating duplicated setup and human gaps, and keeping execution consistent across owners.

03
Calendar

On login, each owner sees today's tasks and this week's deliverables. Deeply linked to project management — any due-date change is reflected instantly, auto-aligning personal schedules with project progress.

04
Inventory management

Tightly linked to project management. Real-time visibility of stock levels, in/out records, and turnover by HVAC model. Each project card connects directly to required parts; the system auto-deducts or reserves stock and triggers a one-click purchase order when stock falls below threshold — drastically shortening the time from shortage detection to PO submission.

Advanex Group corporate site

Advanex Group (operations in 11+ countries)

Advanex operates in 11+ countries across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, with two additional standalone brand sites for Medical and CoilThread (KATO). The group needed an HQ-level entry point that acts as the brand's front door — routing B2B procurement engineers, investors, candidates, and media to the right destination on the first visit.

01
Interactive global locations map

Visualizes Advanex Group's operations across 11 countries on a world map. Clicking any marker takes the visitor directly to the corresponding subsidiary site — the core hero module that establishes a 'global capability' brand impression.

02
Country & Region landing

A dedicated subsite selector that organizes every group site under four blocks: Americas / Europe / Asia / Special Web Site. Japan is marked as HQ, with other countries listed in a uniform format. The structure is intentionally minimal — first-time visitors decide their destination in three seconds.

03
Products & Solution global overview

Consolidates the four product lines (Wire Springs, Flat Springs, Insert Mold, CoilThread) at the group level. Each category is paired with a context-rich hero image as the primary visual.

Advanex subsidiary WordPress template

Advanex Group

We built a unified WordPress template for the Advanex Group so that subsidiaries across multiple countries can manage localized content independently while preserving brand consistency.

01
Hero composition

Replaces the typical 'product photo grid' hero seen on B2B manufacturer sites. Three core industries Advanex parts serve — Automotive, Medical, Consumer Electronics — are merged into a single hero composition, communicating the brand core: one precision part, multiple critical industries.

02
Four-line product navigation

Four product entries beneath the main nav: Wire Springs, Flat Springs, Insert Mold, Coilthread. Each line has its own subpage and sub-categories, with image-and-text grid on the homepage — supporting both fast scanning and deep lookup, the core information backbone of B2B manufacturing sites.

03
Five industry application showcase

Five target industries (Automotive, Medical, Office Automation, Consumer Electronics, Aviation) presented as a uniform card grid. Each card has a representative product visual and a CTA, matching the B2B procurement engineer's 'industry first, product next' browsing flow.

04
Multi-language switcher

Language switcher placed at the right of the main nav, allowing subsidiary regional users to switch interface language freely.

AI

Move AI from 'experiment' to 'in-production'

Generative AI doesn't deliver value just by deploying a chatbot. TWJOIN starts by mapping your existing workflows, data structures, permissions, and use cases — then builds AI systems that your team will actually use.
