This project helped a leading home organizing service brand undergo a full digital transformation, converting the cumbersome manual dispatch and reconciliation processes into a dual-end 'Backend Dispatch + Organizer APP' architecture. Through real-time order acceptance and payment automation integration, management costs were significantly reduced and service transparency was greatly improved.


The client is a well-known brand focused on home organizing and storage services. As market demand surged, the traditional management approach relying on manual dispatch, phone communication, and manual reconciliation hit a bottleneck, leading to insufficient operational efficiency and rising error rates. To optimize brand operations, the client commissioned TWJOIN to build digital management tools. The goal was to reduce administrative pressure through systematic dispatch and payment management while providing front-line organizers with a more intuitive and convenient work experience.
Reliance on phone and paper-based communication created long information transmission chains prone to errors, making it impossible to support large-scale service scheduling.
Without a transparent real-time monitoring mechanism, management struggled to quickly respond to demand changes or unexpected situations with organizers.
Most payments were processed manually, causing time-consuming backend reconciliation and frequent billing disputes, urgently requiring digital tool integration.
Designed a 'Backend Management System + Dedicated Organizer APP' so organizers can accept orders and view schedules anytime, anywhere, transforming passive dispatch into active order acceptance.
Established a complete workflow from 'Order Creation → Smart Dispatch → Online Acceptance → Service Completion → Instant Payment → Automated Reconciliation,' minimizing the need for human intervention.
Fully digitalized the dispatch system to ensure order status, personnel locations, and payment information are instantly synchronized between the backend and APP, ensuring operational transparency.
After completing services, organizers can process payments directly through the APP, with the system automatically syncing billing records, significantly improving reconciliation efficiency and reducing disputes.
