Taipei Cooc-Cloud and Parent-Teacher-Student Integration Platform
In alignment with smart campus policies, this project integrates campus life with digital learning. By establishing a single sign-on portal via Taipei Cooc-Cloud, we've simplified access to digital services, aiming to achieve deep digital interaction and improved administrative efficiency for all stakeholders.

The Taipei City Government Department of Education is committed to creating a user-centric digital learning ecosystem. • Project Goal: This project focuses on the expansion and maintenance of the Taipei Cooc-Cloud and Parent-Teacher-Student Integration Platform. • Core Motivation: Goals include improving school administrative efficiency and the convenience of accessing teaching resources while lowering the barrier to entry. • Digital Transformation Value: By creating a single-entry portal, we strengthen digital interaction and implement smart education policies.
The original UX/UI design did not align with actual campus scenarios, affecting user adoption and engagement.
Features like after-school registration, digital forms, and carbon reduction tracking were not integrated, increasing management complexity.
System stability required reinforcement to meet strict personal data protection laws and high-level cybersecurity requirements.
The system must simultaneously support diverse roles including administrative bureaus, schools, teachers, students, and parents.
Built on ASP.NET + MS SQL + Windows Server architecture.
Developed using .NET Web API with Next.js framework, deployed on Ubuntu.
Developed with TypeScript and .NET Web API on Windows Server.

Modular Design Thinking
The system is decoupled into core modules (Forms, Registration, Carbon Wallet), each supporting various usage scenarios and rule sets.
Security & Availability
Implemented cybersecurity standards for 'Medium-Level' protection, aligned with ISMS standards for vulnerability scanning and access control.
Continuous Operations
Established 24/7 monitoring and incident reporting, regular backups, and log auditing to support ongoing functional expansion.

Integrated modular design solved functional fragmentation, reducing the difficulty of administrative management for schools.
Refactored UI/UX and a single-entry portal significantly increased platform participation among parents and teachers.
Ensured the security of citizen data and system stability under high ISMS and data privacy standards.
