Cross-Brand Integrated Member Service Platform
From Car Sales to MaaS: Building a Unified Digital Gateway
To meet the challenges of the sharing economy, we helped a major automotive group launch a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) strategy, integrating diverse services like rentals and charging into a single SSO-enabled platform to optimize data operations.

The traditional automotive industry is shifting from a 'sales model' to a 'service model.' Our client, a leading Taiwanese automotive group, managed multiple independent brands that lacked integration. To improve cross-brand user experience, the client pushed for MaaS integration. TWJOIN was commissioned to develop a unified member platform connecting services like rentals, car-sharing, and shuttles, allowing consumers to access the entire ecosystem via a single entry point while improving enterprise data efficiency.
Independent brand sites forced users to log in repeatedly, causing friction and lowering management efficiency.
As an enterprise application, the system required rigorous security compliance to protect member data and code quality.
Completed modular design within a strict 2.5-month window to support future marketing iterations.
Implemented Single Sign-On (SSO) to allow seamless navigation across sub-brands and centralized member data management.
Decoupled frontend member modules from backend management (registration, ads, permissions) to allow independent updates.
Integrated SonarQube (Static Analysis) and ZAP (Vulnerability Scan) to ensure zero high-risk items and robust access control.
Adopted RWD for consistency across mobile and desktop, with a customized interface aligned with corporate branding.
Used Docker for version control and flexible deployment, providing complete Wireframes for future expansion.

Backend Development: Laravel / ASP.NET
Constructing a highly secure enterprise-grade business logic core. We focus on implementing SSO (Single Sign-On) mechanisms to ensure rigorous account permission control across various sub-brands, using a modular design to support rapid iterations of future MaaS services.
Frontend Web Development: Vue.js / React.js
Creating a consistent and fluid interactive experience across all devices. By adopting RWD (Responsive Web Design), we ensure that the automotive group's members can quickly access diverse services like rentals and charging on both mobile and desktop, significantly optimizing registration and profile maintenance workflows.
Deployment & Security DevOps: Docker & Security Testing
Implementing standardized operations and high-specification security testing. We utilize containerization to ensure consistency between development and production environments, combined with automated vulnerability scanning to meet the group's stringent requirements for personal data protection.
Solved service fragmentation through SSO, significantly boosting user retention.
Professional scanning ensured the platform is ready to handle massive volumes of sensitive member data.
Modular design and Docker shortened update cycles, laying a solid foundation for future MaaS expansion.
